This Refund Policy governs purchases and subscription payments made on AIChampionship.io.

1. Digital Services

AI Championship provides digital services including data access, rankings, analytics, and premium content through the AI Championship Pro subscription.

Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final. AI Championship does not provide refunds for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Unused accounts
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Access to AI Championship Pro features will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

4. EU Consumer Rights

By purchasing a subscription and accessing the platform immediately, the user expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital services.

The user acknowledges that this access results in the loss of the statutory withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Billing Errors

If a user believes they were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, they may contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
